1 p.m. Wednesday, September 5, Massachusetts Attorney General Tom Reilly
officially certified our Libertarian Ballot Petition to End the Income Tax
in Massachusetts.

Attorney General Tom Reilly today certified Carla Howell's bold
Libertarian Ballot Initiative to End the Income Tax in Massachusetts.
"The Small Government Act to End the State Income Tax will be a long
overdue windfall for Massachusetts families," said Carla Howell.
Carla Howell, who is being urged to run for Governor of Massachusetts, is
offering Massachusetts workers the biggest,
boldest pay hike in state history. The biggest, boldest Income Tax
Cut in Massachusetts history.
"Our Libertarian Ballot Initiative means an end to Massachusetts
Income Taxes on hard-working individuals and families," said Carla
Howell. "$2,000 a year, every year, for the average
Massachusetts taxpayer. Ending the state income tax is good for
workers, good for families, good for communities and good for the
charities and
churches who depend on us."
"The Small Government Act will put $9 billion back into the
Massachusetts economy," noted Ms. Howell. "Ending the
state income tax will create over 400,000 new jobs in Massachusetts.
